Product Description

SUPERZYME PRT (RKZYME PRT) is a compound product of alkaline pectinase-based multiple enzyme preparations, which has been developed to be used in various pre-treatment processes of cotton and its interwoven or blended fibers/yarns/fabrics. Compared with traditional alkali scouring.

Processing Condition

A) Knitting, yarn and loose yarn
For knits, yarns and loose yarn with medium-dark colour, biological scouring can be carried out in batch equipment such as overflow machines and loose fibre/yarn dyeing machines. Scourzyme NP can complete the scouring process at 50-60°C, neutral to weakly alkaline pH range, using 20-40 minutes. The condition of alkali-free scouring is mild, eliminating the need for multiple cleaning procedures, saving water, electricity, and steam, shortening the process time and increasing the color yield, significantly reducing the overall cost by more than 50%.

Biological scouring can be bathed with dyeing. We recommend that the user drain the water after the enzyme treatment, and dye it after refilling it with water.

Process curves treating medium-dark and dark fabrics are as follows

For light-colored and bright-colored products, conventional bleaching process is required after enzymatic scouring or bleaching and then enzymatic treatment can be done in the same bath as dyeing. Some of the more difficult-to-dye colors that are easy to dye flowers can obtain higher level dyeing properties and bright colors.

◉ Rolling liquid temperature: 50-60°C
◉ Stacking time: 4-20 hours depending on the temperature
◉ Penetrant: 2-5g/L (non-ionic is recommended)
◉ Amylase :as needed

Technical parameters of one-step enzymatic de-cooking process (dyeing vat):
◉ Equipment: Jigger
◉ Amylase: 0.5-2.5g/L
◉ RKZYME PRT: 1% (o.w.f.)
◉ pH: 7-8
◉ Temperature: 50-60°C
◉ Time: 90 minutes
◉ Penetrant: 2-5g/L (non-ionic is recommended)

Technical parameters of one-step enzyme de-cooking process (continuous pad steaming method):
◉ Equipment: Rolling and steaming long car
◉ Amylase : as needed
◉ RKZYME PRT: 8-10g/l (100% liquid carrying rate)
◉ pH: 7-8
◉ Rolling liquid temperature: 50-60°C
◉ Steam box temperature: 60-70°C
◉ Action time: 40-60 minutes
◉ Penetrant: 2-5g/l (non-ionic is recommended)

For light and high-count cotton fabrics, RKZYME PRT only needs to do regular oxygen bleaching after the de-boiling process is completed. For thick and low-count cotton fabrics, a low-alkali steaming process can be added after RKZYME PRT treatment or a low-alkali agent can be added in the oxygen bleaching process.

Storage

◉It is recommended to store in an airtight container at low temperature and avoid direct sunlight. This enzyme product will maintain its vitality for at least three months storage at 25℃ for 6 month.
